How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, please send an email to support@pexx.com from the same email address that is linked to your PEXX account.

In your request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your PEXX account
  • A clear statement that you would like your account and all related data deleted

What Happens After Your Request

  • Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
  • After verification, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
