Chain Debrief is looking for a Country Manager to help us establish our presence in Malaysia. You will be responsible for the smooth operation and growth of Chain Debrief in Malaysia. The Country Manager will build and oversee the team that manages all function:

• Chain Debrief Malaysia community,
• business development partnership, and
• Chain Debrief content.

The position is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Build up Chain Debrief Malaysia Telegram Community.
• Build a content team to produce editorial content.
• Build a design team to produce educational content for our audience.
• Establish partnerships with key crypto players in Malaysia.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience in leadership / senior management roles.
• Prior experience in startup environment a huge plus.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, including previous P&L responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent Chain Debrief in front of partners.
• Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization and the ability to work independently.
• Team player with strong collaborative qualities and a positive demeanour
