Our company is fast growing. To make sure that company’s administration is in order, we’re looking for a Admin/Account administrator who knows his/her way around numbers and confidential information.

The position is full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and keep them up to date.
  • Process payroll payment, claims, sick leave notes, other absences and all payroll related administration.
  • Work with sales department on accounts reconciliation and follow up with external vendor payment
  • Manage company HR Matters.
  • Assist in collection of accounts receivables.

Requirements

  • You’re an administrative genius. You like to work precisely and in detail.
  • You’re aware you’ll be dealing with confidential information. Discretion is a given!
  • You’ve always been the structured and organized one.
  • Ideally, you have a first work experience but don’t hesitate to try to convince us if you’re fresh out of school!
  • You communicate fluently in English
