In a press release today (15 Aug), local celebrity Mark Lee has announced an exclusive collection of 444 NFTs.

The comedian, who has been entertaining us for more than 30 years, revealed that the launch will happen under his production company, King Kong Media Productions (KKMP).

The NFTs will be launched in a series known as “KONG collective”, with a mint price of 1.5 $ETH. It will also be hosted on the Ethereum blockchain.

Holding the NFT will likely have the following benefits:

  • Lifetime membership in the KKMP ecosystem
  • Immersive digital and physical experiences
  • VIP tickets to concerts and movie galas
  • Meet-and-greets
  • exclusive merchandise & more.

Lee and other artistes will also meet up with all NFT owners in October this year to celebrate the minting of the moon pass.

“For a start, we would like to experiment with fan engagement and how we can provide value for NFTs owners” said Lee.

It is no surprise that Lee has launched his own collection, given how active he in on NFT twitter. Thanks to his involvement in Web3.0, the collection’s merit is a far cry from other companies simply venturing into NFTs for a quick marketing gimmick.

Instead, he is offering utility to holders, and limits the maximum supply to make sure each and every one of them gets full exposure to the benefits.
